To establish credit with an Anacostia railroad, follow these steps:

1. Call 312-324-7355 to obtain a Credit Application;
2. Fill out the application; a completed application must be on file before credit can be granted;
3. Fax your application to 312- 431-0828

Terms

Credit terms are 15 days from the freight bill date as outlined in the Uniform Freight Financial Statements

Financial Statements are required to process your credit application. Please include Balance Sheets and Income Statements from the last two fiscal years.

Notification of Status

Notification is done within 48 hours via the fax after receipt of both the credit application and financial statements. The appropriate Sales representative is copied on all correspondence.
