Due to heightened security within the railroad industry, wishing to trace railcars on an Anacostia railroad must first register. This will only be required once. You will then be provided with a unique userid and password.

In addition, car trace results will not display destination information.

You may register to trace cars via e-mail or telephone. The following infomation is required at registration:

• First and Last Name
• Title
• Company Name, Address, City, State, Zip and Country
• Your phone number, fax number and e-mail address
• the Anacostia railroad which serves you
• Your preferred language (English or Spanish)

Submit this information to register@anacostia.com, or contact your Anacostia railroad customer service department. In most cases, you will be provided with a user id and password within 48 hours of your request.
