NEW YORK, NY - Bruce Lieberman, Chief Financial Officer of Anacostia & Pacific and Chairman of the New York & Atlantic Railway, was elected to the Board of Directors of the American Short Line and Regional Railroad Association (ASLRRA) at the association's annual meeting in May, 2003. The ASLRRA represents over 500 short line and regional railroads in the United States.

Mr. Lieberman is also a member of the New York State Rail Freight Council.
