| Northern Lines Railway Recognized by BNSF Railway | |||||||

October 20, 2006 CHICAGO/ST. CLOUD, Minn. - Northern Lines Railway, LLC (NLR) announced today that it has received the "BNSF Short Line Achievement Award." The award was presented by BNSF at the 2006 BNSF Short Line Conference held in Fort Worth, Texas, on October 16. Northern Lines Railway was recognized for its successful efforts in attracting new rail customers and gaining additional business from existing rail customers. NLR was formed in 2004 when it acquired BNSF track in the vicinity of St. Cloud, Minn. It is one of 200 short line and regional carriers that connect with BNSF. Mark Schmidt, BNSF Assistant Vice President-Short Line Development, stated "Through innovative marketing and excellent local service, NLR has been able to convert to rail significant amounts of traffic previously moving by truck. We greatly appreciate our relationship with NLR and look forward to new opportunities."
