| Pacific Harbor Line Names Mike Stolzman as General Superintendent | ||||||

March 9, 2005 WILMINGTON, CA - Pacific Harbor Line, Inc. (PHL) has selected Mr. Mike Stolzman to fill the new position of General Superintendent. Mr. Stolzman will be responsible for the day-to-day transportation operations of the railroad, reporting to Vice President Bill Roufs, effective March 9, 2005. Prior to joining PHL, Mr. Stolzman was Director of U. S. Operations at CANAC, Inc., where his duties included supervision of 32 industrial switching operations in 18 states. He has also worked for the Union Pacific Railroad and Chicago and Northwestern Railway in various operating capacities. Before joining the railroad industry, Mr. Stolzman served 12 years in the U. S. Army, attaining the rank of Major. “Mike's experience in successfully directing a rapidly growing organization will be directly applicable to our operations at PHL as we strive to meet the needs of our customers and employees for safe and efficient services,” said Andrew Fox, PHL's president. PHL provides rail transportation, maintenance, and dispatching services to the Ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach.
