Progress Rail Services and Pacific Harbor Line Sign Locomotive Repower Agreement for New, Lower Emissions, Cat Engines [November 16, 2010]

Progress Rail Services Corporation (Progress Rail), a wholly owned subsidiary of Caterpillar Inc., and Pacific Harbor Line Inc.
