Anacostia Rail Holdings announced John K. Secor is retiring as president of the Louisville & Indiana Railroad at the end of October 2012. Succeeding Mr. Secor is Michael D. Stolzman, currently president of Pacific Harbor Line. Mr. Otis L. Cliatt, vice president of PHL, will be promoted to president.

Progress Rail Services and Pacific Harbor Line Sign Locomotive Repower Agreement for New, Lower Emissions, Cat Engines [November 16, 2010]
Progress Rail Services Corporation (Progress Rail), a wholly owned subsidiary of Caterpillar Inc., and Pacific Harbor Line Inc. (PHL) announced today that the parties have entered into a contract for Progress Rail to repower 16 Tier 2 locomotives with newer, lower emissions Tier 3 Cat engines for operation in the ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach.

Pacific Harbor Line Receives 'Salute to Industry' Award from Harbor Association of Industry and Commerce [November 20, 2009]
Pacific Harbor Line received the 31st annual “Salute to Industry” award from the Harbor Association of Industry and Commerce at a special dinner November 19 at the Westin Long Beach Hotel. BNSF Railway and Union Pacific received similar awards from HAIC.

million contract to MotivePower Inc., a subsidiary of Wabtec Corporation
(NYSE: WAB), to supply 16 "clean-diesel" locomotives in 2007 for use at the California ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach.
