D.S. (David) Hankins

David Hankins joined Anacostia Rail Holdings Company in November 2015. He also serves on the ASLRRA Human Resources Committee. Mr. Hankins has over ten years of experience in the railroad industry, beginning as the assistant terminal manager with U.S. Road & Rail of St. Louis. He later worked for Progress Rail Services as the human resources manager for multiple facilities, and the quality assurance manager and plant manager of a railcar wheel shop. He has over 15 years in human resources management in the railroad, construction and trucking industries. Mr. Hankins is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran, serving as a logistics and transportation officer and managing an equipment maintenance and repair facility. University of Texas at Austin (BA)
