H.C. (Howard) Magana

Howard Magana was promoted to Director of Transportation of Pacific Harbor Line (PHL) in August 2017. He began his railroad career with PHL in December of 1997 as a conductor and was promoted to Assistant Trainmaster, Badger Bridge in July of 1998. Mr. Magana has held the positions of Assistant Trainmaster (Train Dispatcher), Trainmaster, Director of Intermodal Operations, Director of Operations, Manager of Transportation, and Director of Transportation.
