M.B. (Marlon) Taylor

Marlon Taylor was named President of New York & Atlantic Railway in 2024. He began his railroad career at Anacostia’s Pacific Harbor Line (PHL) as a conductor in 1999. Through a series of promotions, he advanced through the ranks at PHL as locomotive engineer, train dispatcher, trainmaster, transportation manager, and director of operations.
