O.L. (Otis) Cliatt II

Otis Cliatt was promoted to President of Pacific Harbor Line in October 2012 after joining the Company as vice president in July 2010. He has over 20 years of experience in the railroad industry specializing in railroad operations, safety and labor relations. Mr. Cliatt began his railroad career with the Union Pacific Railroad. His career also includes director and regional vice president with CANAC, Inc. He has served on the Board of Directors of the ASLRRA and CSLRA, and on GE Transportation’s Customer Advisory Board. He has also served as the chairman of the ASLRRA Veterans Recruitment Committee. Mr. Cliatt is a military veteran having served with the U.S. Army’s elite Special Forces Command (SFCOM) and with the Special Operations Command (SOCOM).
